1. Agreement to these terms
By using the Mee Travels website or requesting or booking travel services through us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our role as a travel agent
Mee Travels acts only as an agent for independent third-party travel suppliers, including car rental companies, hotels, resorts and cruise lines. We do not own, operate or control any of these suppliers or the services they provide. Your contract for each travel service is with the supplier, and their terms and conditions apply in addition to these terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any supplier, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Quotes, prices & availability
Quotes are based on information available at the time and are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed in writing. Prices, availability, taxes and fees are set by suppliers and may change without notice before confirmation. We make every effort to disclose all mandatory taxes and fees before you book; optional extras and charges paid directly to the supplier (such as deposits, incidentals, fuel or onboard purchases) are your responsibility. If we discover a pricing error before or after booking, we will notify you and you may cancel without penalty from us.
4. Booking & payment
A booking is made only after you approve it in writing. By approving, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are authorized to use the payment method provided and accept the supplier's terms. Payments may be charged by the supplier directly or by us on the supplier's behalf, and the merchant name on your statement may be the supplier's.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate traveler names (exactly as on government ID), dates, contact details and requests
- Review all confirmations promptly and tell us about any errors within 24 hours
- Meet supplier requirements such as minimum age, valid driver's license, credit card and deposit for car rentals
- Hold valid passports, visas and other travel documents and meet health and entry requirements for your destination
- Arrive on time for pick-ups, check-ins and embarkation
6. Travel documents & requirements
You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying the required travel documents. We can share general information, but we do not provide visas or government documents and are not responsible if you are refused boarding, rental, check-in or entry because of missing or invalid documents.
7. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses and baggage. If you decline insurance, you accept the financial risk of cancellations and unforeseen events.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mee Travels is not liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, delay or damage caused by suppliers or by events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, strikes, government actions or health emergencies. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount of service fees you paid to Mee Travels for the booking in question.
9. Website use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and personal, non-commercial travel planning. You may not copy, scrape, or misuse its content, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt its operation. Website content is provided "as is" for general information and may change without notice. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
10. Communications consent
By submitting a form on our website with the consent box checked, you agree to receive calls, texts and emails from Mee Travels about your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or contacting us.
